Corporate users can explore different product offerings and services of SBI and raise service requests through the Other Services product. After submitting a request, a bank representative will contact the customer to take the request forward.

CMP Collections:

These users can select the CMP collections product in the Yono Business app and register using their mobile number and MPIN. Key features include raising order requests for cash and cheque collection, tracking orders, viewing pending collections, checking cash/cheque deposit status, and activating expired transactions. Additionally, agents can view assigned orders and update the order status.
